Working Warriors, L3C is a social benefit organization whose purpose is to create employment opportunity (jobs) for Veterans (disabled and non-disabled Veterans) of the US Military Services.   This is accomplished by both the creation of business entities solidly grounded in their commitment to hiring preferences and indeed direct active recruitment of workplace talent from the demographic of the 1% of American society who have served in the US Military.  Our goal is to put Veterans who have served in the military on behalf of their fellow citizens to work in a good job by creating those opportunities so that they continue to productively serve in our society.

It’s time to do more for veterans seeking employment. We have an obligation to make sure our veterans are able to navigate this difficult labor market and succeed in the civilian workforce. Your donations help us establish new initiatives to deliver enhanced career development, job search services and Jobs for transitioning veterans. Working Warriors is also developing “Best Practices” guidance for the private sector to help businesses identify and hire veterans.

workingwarriors.us also serves as a news and resource hub for military members, veterans and their families. We provide daily defense news, benefits information, veteran employment resources, spouse and family resources and tools to support our audience throughout the life cycle of their military service and post-service life.
